Greetings, I'm Kim Hansen, an Instructional Designer and Trainer in the Denver/Boulder area. I work with a rich variety of learners, clients, and subject matter experts to create exceptional, usable and measurable instructional / training materials.

My background is in business, corporate leadership, technology, Lean manufacturing, energy education, resource management, science, and healthcare, as well as both k-12, and higher education. This diverse experience brings knowledge and insight to all my instructional training projects. I am comfortable working with technical, as well as, soft skills training content, and specialize in developing, or improving instruction and presentation materials for complex, or abstract information.

Skilled and capable with a wide range of current and traditional training technologies, and instructional methods, as well as sound web usability, evaluations, assessments, and open sourceware learning technologies, I constantly update my skills to provide my clients with the most comprehensive resources.This resource base enables me to select, innovate, and create appropriate, usable, and reasonably priced learning delivery systems for your training and instructional needs.
